Most 4-hour charters run one of two directions out of the marina — the group picks the vibe, the captain handles the navigation.

- High season (Dec-Apr): prices run 15-25% above the ranges above — book 2-4 weeks out, especially around spring break and New Year's week.
- Low season (May-Nov): standard pricing, and the weather is often just as good. September and October are the wettest months, so check the forecast before locking a date.
- Marina is confirmed at booking: most charters leave from Marina Cancún, next to Hotel Aquamarina in the Hotel Zone, or from Puerto Cancún, depending on the yacht.
Cancellation policy
Weather cancellations are refunded 100%, no argument. Cancel more than 48 hours out and you get a full refund; inside 24-48 hours, it's 50%. We'd rather move your date than keep a deposit over a schedule change.

- Can we pay by card the day of? Yes. The 50% deposit can be card or transfer, and the balance on the day can be card or cash at the marina.
- What if it rains? Weather cancellations are refunded 100%. Light rain usually doesn't cancel a charter — the captain makes that call on actual conditions, not a forecast.
- Do we need to tip the crew? It's not required or added automatically, but they work hard and a tip is always appreciated after a good trip.
